Although I had taken yoga classes before I had never experienced the true benefits of yoga.  With Jessica's help I learned how to truly meditate, be aware of my body's alignment and position, and push myself further than I thought possible.  I gained strength, flexibility, and an understanding of how to listen to my body.  Yoga went from being just a workout to being a time where I exerted and also renewed at the same time.  yoga with Jessica literally changed my life!
