YOGA - October 26th
Asana Strength and Play - costumes anyone?
This is a workshop to develop strength within asana (postures) with some play! You are invited to come in costume - of course a costume that allows you to move freely!
This is also a type of structure that is a "community" practice - so I practice with you. I teach, and guide, but will be practicing with you. This practice is loosely based on Christina Sell's "Asana Junkies"
There is already a structure, but requests can be made for certain asanas/postures to work on!
This practice is not designed for someone new to yoga, but I have also had beginners join who did just fine as long as they rested when necessary.
When: Saturday October 26th
Time: 1-3:30/4pm
Cost: $30
Maximum of 7 participants, so as always please reserve your spot by sending me a DM or emailing me at jesspearlyoga@gmail.com

When: Saturday October 26th
Time: 10-11:30AM

Where: Shelton Timberland Library
It's always nice to have an idea how many are coming so please email me at jesspearlyoga@gmail.com if you plan on attending.

RECENT TESTIMONIALS
Yoga and Backpacking
"I just returned from a yoga/backpacking trip with Jessica into the Olympic National Park. Jessica worked with a diverse group of women, ages mid 30s to mid 70s, to choose the location and plan the trip. Her attention to detail and openness to input was very comforting. She checked in with us during our hike, but wasn't overbearing. And the yoga, breathing and meditation on the trip were fantastic. She knew just what to lead for tired bodies and minds. And her fees were extremely reasonable. I would recommend Jessica as a yoga teacher and backpack leader to anyone regardless of their experience in the woods." - R. F.
