Ayurveda: Consultations
What is Ayurveda you may ask?
Ayurveda is an ancient, 5000 years old, healing art and science from India focused on creating balance within the body. The Science of Life. It is about truly understanding our unique individual nature and tendencies, and utilizing all the natural methods of helping the body be balanced. Being deeply connected to nature, Ayurveda is a natural and nourishing way of experiencing balanced health
Ayurveda is great for both both prevention and managing current health issues.
Appointments:
Initial Consultation - $125
(Introductory Special! Only $100 from September 15th through December 1st)
This is a 60-90 minute (most frequently 90 minutes) in-depth consultation. You will discover your Prakruti (your unique constitution), your Vikruti (imbalance), and you will receive Ayurvedic tools to support both.
Follow-up Visits - $45
This is a 30-45 minute consultation to reflect on what you have been doing and make any necessary adjustments.

Yoga
Yoga is an individual practice.
Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences.
Yoga can be extraordinarily healing, but it is important to really understand what yoga creates balance vs. imbalance in your particular body.
I prefer to teach private yoga sessions and small group sessions. My background is more the medicine of yoga, yoga therapy, and really aligning your yoga practice with Ayurvedic principles.
Private Yoga Sessions - $60 per one hour

Shirodhara
Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique that involves dripping oil over the forehead for approximately 45 minutes.
It has so many healing benefits, including but not limited to the following:
