Take a trip to the Ayurvedic day spa and enjoy an Abhyanga oil massage and a facial made with various herbs right there during your appointment.

This is an excellent treatment to chill out the nervous system, manage Vata dosha, help with stress and anxiety, and create that delightful calm in the body.  This includes an Abhyanga, Steam, Shirodhara, and tea.

This initial consultation takes 1.5 hours to discover your Prakruti/constitution, Vikruti/imbalance, ama/toxin load, agni, and more.  You will leave with a better understanding of you, your life, and your body while receiving tools to achieve your health goals.

These follow-ups vary on time.  If it is only 30-45 minutes then the price is only $60.  One hours is $75, and any more than that is $25/15 minutes.

This is a wonderful treatment for all challenges/diseases above the clavicle, including headaches, eye issues, ear issues, mental health challenges, etc.  So relaxing for the entire nervous system.

This is a relaxing Ayurvedic treatment to cleanse, massage, and nourish the face.  Hand and foot massage comes with this.

This is a 1:1, or small group session, focusing on the ancient practices of yoga for your unique needs.  

This is a 1.5hr Ayurvedic hot oil massage to nourish the body and ground the entire system while managing Vata.

Various therapies are utilized for what the individual needs.  $90/1 hour and $140/1.5 hour

This style of massage is done fully clothed and on the floor on a mat, and is 1.5 hours.

This is a massage with an herbal paste selected for the individual's unique needs.

This is a bolus treatment where cooked herbs and oils are packed into a ball, heated in oil, then massaged on the body.  

This is ideally done after an Abhyanga oil massage.
